You're 2 months old! You are the most amazing baby ever! Just after you were a month old you had your surgery for your tongue tie. It went very well!! Daddy took the day off and we checked into Children's Hospital at 6am for your surgery then had to spend 6 hours with you in recovery to make sure everything was ok. You can now breastfeed without the help of a shield, I was so excited!
We celebrated Halloween this month too, one of mommy's favorite holidays. Daddy and I went out to dinner and a party with friends and you stayed home with Grandma Parker. I got you a guitar costume...which you hated, don't let your picture fool you.
Just after you turned 5 weeks old you went from waking up once during the night to sleeping through the night. Funny enough your daddy doesn't like it cause now you wake up when he's wanting to leave to go surf....so on days he wants to surf he wakes you up in the middle of the night to feed you so he can surf. (I'm sure you will understand one day how much daddy loves surfing cause you might too).
We are out of the house almost all day everyday...mommy gets cabin fever! You love being out though and seeing the world as you stroll around in the Moby. You love being out and about and even driving around in the car as long as I don't stop (mommy's driving has had to become very strategic so you don't get upset when the car comes to a complete stop at a red light). You've done a lot of new stuff including going to the Wild Animal Park for the first time (you slept), and sitting on Santa's lap (I know, really early, but hey he was there...there was no line and you were in a fabulous mood..it worked). We also had an early Thanksgiving dinner with mommy's family before you turned 2 months. You got to meet all of your second cousins and their kids. Holidays have a whole new meaning now that you are here :)

Some highlights of your 2nd month to remember:
~ your sweet smiles after you eat
~ your loud sucking and eating
~ your insane amount of drool, you'd think a tooth was coming in or something
~ your arms and legs are constantly flailing around
~ how you grasp my hand, and shirt with you little hand
~ how snuggly you are when I get you out of bed in the morning
~ how you smell after a bath
~ you're a little houdini, you can get your arms free of any swaddle
~ how I had to bust out the 6 month old clothing when you were 7 weeks old
~ mommy and daddy shaved your head at 7 weeks old (you'll thank us later)
